About Us

Welcome to French Bistro Argentinian Steakhouse, where heritage and tradition come together to bring you an unforgettable dining experience. As a family of French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, and Uruguayan descent, our roots are as diverse as the flavors on your plate. With deep ties to Argentina, we have made Palmetto Bay our home to continue the legacy of our “Grand Master and Friend,” Daniel González, ensuring every meal we serve carries the warmth of family, the authenticity of our heritage, and the love we have for cooking.

Cristian, the heart of the kitchen, comes from a long line of culinary experts. After a successful 14-year career in aeronautics, he returned to his true passion—cooking. From the kitchen’s every corner, he oversees the preparation of each dish, crafting it with precision, artistry, and unmatched care. His commitment ensures that every bite is a unique and flavorful experience.
Melina, with the help of their three daughters, Azul, Abril, and Alma, adds an adventurous twist to the menu. As a graduate in tourism and an eternal explorer, Melina infuses the restaurant with global flavors inspired by her travels. Together, they invite you to explore Argentina’s rich culinary landscape—where each dish tells a story of tradition, folklore, and love.

We are deeply connected to our Argentine roots with an extensive wine list, full bar and through every dish, from our milanesas and empanadas to our Argentine-style parrilladas, we invite you to experience our culture.
