As a family of French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, and Uruguayan descent, our roots are as diverse as the flavors on your plate. With deep ties to Argentina, we have made Palmetto Bay our home to continue the legacy of French Bistro, ensuring every meal we serve carries the warmth of family, the authenticity of our heritage, and the love we have for cooking.

Cristian, the heart of the kitchen, comes from a long line of culinary experts. After a successful 14-year career in aeronautics, he returned to his true passion—cooking. From the kitchen’s every corner, he oversees the preparation of each dish, crafting it with precision, artistry, and unmatched care. His commitment ensures that every bite is a unique and flavorful experience.
Melina, with the help of their three daughters, Azul, Abril, and Alma, adds an adventurous twist to the menu. As a graduate in tourism and an eternal explorer, Melina infuses the restaurant with global flavors inspired by her travels. Together, they invite you to explore Argentina’s rich culinary landscape—where each dish tells a story of tradition, folklore, and love.

We are deeply connected to our Argentine roots with an extensive wine list and through every dish, from our milanesas and empanadas to our Argentine-style parrilladas, we invite you to experience our culture. Come try our artisanal parties like the pavlova, each hand-crafter by our pastry chef, Corina Traituros. Continue to experience our French-fusion with a bite of our Escargot, Filet Mignon or French Onion Soup. Melina, con la ayuda de sus tres hijas, Azul, Abril y Alma, agrega un toque aventurero al menú. Graduada en turismo y una eterna exploradora, Melina infunde al restaurante sabores globales inspirados en sus viajes. Juntos, te invitan a explorar el rico paisaje culinario de Argentina, donde cada plato cuenta una historia de tradición, folclore y amor.

Estamos profundamente conectados a nuestras raíces argentinas, y a través de nuestra vinoteca, barra completa y cada plato, desde nuestras milanesas y empanadas hasta nuestras parrilladas al estilo argentino, te invitamos a experimentar nuestra cultura. Vengan a probar nuestros postres artesanales como la Pavlova, los alfajores de maicena y más, creados por Corina Traituros, nuestra máster pastelera.
